Grape harvests : close to the vineyard, the evolution of the maturity of grapes and the observation of the development the developing of Botrytis Cinerea (a thin natural layer developing on the exterior side of the grapes and provoking the fruit over-riping process) allows to select plots to elaborate sweet white wines. The grape harvests are carefully hand-made.

Grape harvests : The end of the summer fog is favourable to the development of
noble rot, botrytis cinerea. The cold waters of this river create a
microclimate where night mists give way to mostly sunny autumn days.This alternation of wet and dry keeps the rot from becoming common and destructive. Instead it is elevated to noble status!
Method Conservation : 30% of the production in barrel, 70% in vat.
Loupiac wines are yellow with hints of gold, and their elegant nose includes candied fruit, exotic fruit, figs and honey. Hints of gingerbread, yellow flowers, acacia, currant and prune add to its complex and powerful nose.

The Loupiac tastes itself to 12°. Beautiful plumpness, flavoring of exotic fruit, long final, good liquor. To keep of 5 to 10 years.
