In 1983, Pierre Tourre took the management of 35 ha, family possession for three centuries. In fifteen years, he has tripled its surface by bringing together various family plots and new ones.
Nowadays, he takes care of 76 ha, divided in three different sites: Château des Moulins à Vent (Cérons), Château Fortin (Loupiac), Château de Toulet (Romagne).
Closed to his vines, attentive during fermentation, this vinificator winegrower is constantly seeking to improve the quality of his product. As a good manager, he had find the right level of investments in order to face up the economic crisis of the Entre-Deux-Mers Wines and to continue his policy of quality improvement.
